Description:
Are you interested in a stable job, learning more about a hugely successful industry of creatives, and encouraging local business? As Inventory Manager your position will primarily be behind the scenes. You will find your day-to-day focused on monitoring inventory levels including machines, parts, and accessories while making appropriate seasonal adjustments.

This position is approximately 35 - 40 hours a week, Monday to Friday.

In your role you will be expected to carry out the following duties:

- Prepare and submit orders to vendors
- Receive orders and enter invoices into the database.
- Ensuring all inventory information is correct in the database and online. This includes regular inventory checks in a rolling inventory system.
- Restock inventory and update prices, tags, location codes, and planograms.
- Work with teachers, marketing, and store employees so that featured products are well stocked for classes, marketing, and events.
- All other duties as assigned.

Skills and Abilities:
We are looking for someone who thinks critically, is detail-oriented, self-motivated, very organized and possesses excellent communication skills.

Qualifications:

- Proficiency with the Microsoft suite of software, especially Excel.
- Prior experience in Inventory Management/Receiving.
- Ability to lift up to 35kg, with assistance.

Pay: From $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week
