**About the job**:
**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Ensure all projects under their direction exceed JBPAs standards for employee health and safety
- Work closely with the Site Superintendent to prepare and execute project plans. Work collaboratively to monitor progress against these plans and adjust where required.
- Ensure that construction work is performed in accordance with contract drawings, specifications and all applicable codes and standards.
- Coordinate deliver schedule and on-site delivery logistics for all sub-trades, act as liaison for traffic control plan and execution
- Monitor quality and performance of all sub-contractors and staff on site compliance with JBPA project controls, procedures, and policies
- Maintain positive and productive relationships with key labour unions, suppliers, and sub-trades for assigned projects

**Qualifications and Experience**
- At least three years experience in a similar role with High-rise Construction
- Advanced knowledge of large building construction management processes, means and methods
- Demonstrated thoroughness and attention to detail
- Solid understanding of building products, construction details and relevant rules, regulations and quality standards
- Track record of delivering projects on time, on budget, and with an exceptional customer experience
- Strong understanding of proper safety procedures and recognition of hazards
- Strong interpersonal skills with strong leadership and change management skills to ensure that sub-trades are engaged partners in all phases of the project
- Ability to read and understand blueprints, schematics, and construction documents
- Ability to plan and see the “big picture”
- Competent in conflict management
