Social Media / Production Manager
Publisher of Global Heroes and Producer of the TV Show “It’s a Beautiful world” is looking to a Production manager / Social media manager to join our team due to launch of the Global Heroes TV Series.

**Responsibilities**:
- Collect materials from advertisers and PR agencies
- Coordinate between the designers and advertisers
- Develop and track the scope of work
- Speak with and manage clients on a daily basis
- Ensure all projects are quality controlled and on time
- Manage calendar / print and social media schedule
- Maintain and coordinate website content
- Lead all of our social media channels, drive growth, and understand content performance
- Create and develop new content for social media
- Develop and execute social media strategies
- Oversee and manage content development on Instagram (feed and stories) Facebook and Twitter, community management, campaign coordination, and performance analysis
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement
- Create and curate engaging content for social media platforms
- Conduct research on industry trends and competitors to inform social media strategy
- Manage social media accounts and monitor performance metrics
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging
- Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and best practices
**Skills**:
- Experience with online/print publications and websites is considered an asset
- Highly organized and ability to work on a team
- Exceptional grasp of Canadian English grammar, punctuation, usage, and style
- Ability to produce digital assets for the digital market (such as graphic designs, online PR, media campaigns, etc.)
- Digital media management experience
- Proven writing abilities
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite considered an asset
- Social media experience including Pinterest, LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook
- Excellent phone mannerisms
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences
- Proficient in using social media management tools and analytics platforms
- Excellent written and verbal communication skill
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box
- Basic knowledge of web design, photography, and video editing
- Attention to detail and strong proofreading skills
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms is a plus
**Salary**: $34,765.77-$60,466.69 per year
