**The Role**:
We are currently seeking a **Data Analyst **reporting to the Director, Strategy & Execution. This is a **Full-time, Permanent **opportunity. The Data Analyst will support the Director of Strategy & Execution in driving key initiatives and making data-informed decisions. Responsibilities will include data gathering, analysis, trend identification, and offering actionable insights for strategic planning and operational enhancements. This role is integral in shaping our organization's future trajectory and ensuring ongoing success in the competitive beer market.

**Location**:
Our Corporate Office is located in Bolton, ON. We offer Remote/Hybrid Flex work with visits into the office on an as-needed basis depending on the role and function.

**What You'll Be Doing**:

- Provide analytical support to drive execution of the strategy including:

- Conduct in-depth analysis of business performance, market trends, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
- Support the Strategy & Execution team in developing business cases, proposals, and presentations for new initiatives, process reviews, opportunities.
- Conduct ad-hoc analysis and research projects as required to address specific business challenges or opportunities.
- Improve current reporting and analysis through developing and maintaining analytical models, dashboards, and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular updates to the leadership team.
- Optimize / introduce big data models to drive decision-making stitching multiple data sources.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Finance to gather data and insights for strategic decision-making.
- Participate in meetings, workshops, and brainstorming sessions to contribute ideas and insights that drive continuous improvement.
- Other related projects and duties as assigned.

**Who You Are - Your Knowledge, Skills & Experience**:
**Education**:

- Post Secondary Degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Engineering, Economics, Finance, or a related field required
- Data Analytics Certification preferred

**Experience**:

- 1-2 years of relevant experience, including internships or academic projects, in data analysis, business analysis, or similar roles required

**Skills**:

- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data manipulation, statistical analysis, and data visualization tools such as Excel, SQL, Tableau, or Power BI
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and compelling stories for different stakeholders
- Excellent time management and problem solving skills in a fast paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, ability to think critically and take initiative
- Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships across functions and levels of the organization
