People spend so much time sitting down and either looking at or playing on a screen, that we wanted to create a next level environment that encourages running, climbing, hiding, jumping, playing sports and so much more. We not only created that experience but elevated it further by awarding points, scoring and tracking guests progress as they participate in the activities.

The Technical Lead will be responsible for the repair and maintenance of our building including games, simulators, and technical equipment. They also assist our Guests and maintain ideal player conditions in the midway at all times. Are you a go-getter, team player, and have the ability to think ahead? Do you love games and active play? **Job Duties Include**:

- Assists Guests by repairing and maintaining amusements equipment in a timely manner.
- Assists in daily maintenance and organization of tech room and storage areas.
- Efficiently and safely performs daily, weekly, and monthly game maintenance as directed by management.
- Assists with general floor maintenance as directed by management.
- Assists other Team Members as needed and assigned
- Must be friendly and outgoing
- Able to work days, nights and/or weekends as required.
- Technical and/or electrical skills
- Must demonstrate ability to clearly communicate with Guests and other Team Members.
- Maintains a safe work environment and ensures staff follows all safety rules
- Other duties as assigned
- the employee frequently is required to stand, walk, sit, reach with hands and arms, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, turn/twist, and bend at waist.
- Must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

**Requirements**:

- 2 years of experience working in technical maitenence and repair or facilities management
- Familiarity with computer hardware and software installation
- Experience in troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to interpret technical manuals as needed
- Strong attention to detail

Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Evening shift
- Morning shift
- Weekends as needed

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mississauga, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Technical support: 1 year (preferred)
