1. Communication and Correspondence:

- Facilitate communication within the team and external partners.

2. Scheduling and Calendar Management:

- Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and conferences.
- Manage executive calendars, ensuring timely reminders and updates.
- Arrange travel arrangements and accommodations for staff when necessary.

3. Data Entry and Record Keeping:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, databases, and filing systems.
- Perform data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy.
- Assist in preparing and organizing reports as needed.

4. Administrative Support:

- Assist in the preparation of presentations and documents.
- Coordinate and organize special projects or events.

5. Problem Solving:

- Proactively identify areas for improvement in office procedures and suggest solutions.

Qualifications:
1. Education:

- University degree; additional education or certification in office administration is a plus.

2. Experience:

- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a related role.
- Familiarity with office management software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).

3. Skills:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

4. Professionalism:

- Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
- Demonstrate a positive and proactive attitude.
