**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee all aspects of daily operations, including staffing, inventory management, and customer service.
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize profitability and achieve financial goals, including monitoring and analyzing PnL reports.
- Manage inventory levels, order supplies, and ensure proper stock rotation and storage practices.
- Create and maintain employee schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels while controlling labor costs.
- Train, motivate, and mentor team members to deliver exceptional customer service and uphold company standards.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the restaurant.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement marketing initiatives and promotional activities to drive sales and customer engagement.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a high-volume restaurant environment.
- Strong understanding of PnL's, inventory management, and scheduling principles.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a passion for creating memorable dining experiences.
- Proven track record of achieving financial targets and driving operational excellence.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Proficient computer skills, including experience with restaurant management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

**Salary**: $55,000.00-$58,000.00 per year
