**Franchise Support & Analytics Administrator**

**Responsibilities include, but not limited to**:

- Create, compile, analyze and present KPIs and identify areas of opportunity.
- Review data reports for accuracy.
- Record and distribute meeting minutes as required.
- Maintain knowledge of Long-Term Care and Retirement legislation.
- Maintain knowledge of General Public Health Guidelines and Directives that pertain to the sector.
- Maintain knowledge and organization of all main platforms; Outlook, StaffStat Surge Learning, Smartsheet, Bamboo HR, Canva, Zoom, the Plan A LTC Drive etc.
- Maintain a pulse on franchisee morale and engagement.
- Assist with evaluating and updating all orientation and training materials as needed.
- Support in organizing and coordinating the logistics of community events virtually or in-person (i.e., job fairs, meetings, conferences, franchise conference etc.).
- Participate and present at quarterly Virtual Job Fairs.
- Assist with conducting regular franchise compliance audits as directed.
- Maintain franchise contact list and data base.
- Attend networking, team building and professional development events.
- Maintain the organization’s brand integrity and consistency in all areas of practice.
- Maintain necessary files; sort, file, retrieve documents and records as necessary.
- Maintain knowledge of the Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD).
- Present franchise data to the President and CEO weekly, monthly and on an as needed basis.
- Assist the Franchise Compliance, Support & Analytics Manager gather relevant data to support the growth of all Plan A locations.
- Complete various administrative tasks in a timely manner.
- Assist with reviewing and analyzing sets of data and trends.
- Collect and send out merchandise orders. Prepare accurate order forms.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the Franchise Compliance, Support & Analytics Manager.

**Requirements**:

- Strong interpersonal skills including flexibility and the ability to work with others in a team environment
- Strong abilities with all Microsoft platforms (Excel, Word, Outlook etc.)
- Ability to prioritize tasks and responsibilities, strong time management skills, particularly in managing deadlines and/or high peak work periods
- Strong communications skills, both verbal and written
- Critical Thinking and problem-solving skills
- Detail oriented with the ability to multitask
- College OR experience equivalent required
- Some related work experience is required
