Little Dribblers is seeking a Customer Experience Specialist to join our team, leveraging your exceptional sales skills to engage with our existing waitlist of eager Mini MVPs and offer them the opportunity to join our one-of-a-kind, exciting basketball programs This role is the backbone of our customer experience efforts, with the potential for growth into franchise sales for individuals who excel in providing top-notch service and driving results.


About Us:


Little Dribblers is the ultimate destination for mini basketball enthusiasts, dedicated to engaging, educating, and empowering children ages 18 months to 10 years old. Our unique approach blends early childhood education with basketball skills development, igniting a lifelong love for the game and building confident young athletes.


Position Overview:


As a Customer Experience Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to engage with our existing waitlist of thousands of hot leads, leveraging your exceptional sales, communication and customer service skills.

Your focus will be on driving sales, managing schedules, and ensuring our facilities are at maximum capacity, all while delivering exceptional service to our members.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage our waitlist with precision, proactively reaching out to thousands of existing hot leads and ensuring our facilities operate at full capacity at all times.
  • Follow scripts and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to maintain consistency and efficiency in contacting and engaging with waitlist leads.
  • Proactively manage schedules and appointments, optimizing facility resources and ensuring every Mini MVP gets the court time they need to shine.
  • Respond promptly to all customer inquiries via phone, email, social media messaging, and other touch points, delivering top-notch service with a deep understanding of educational principles.
  • Craft compelling social media content that highlights the benefits of our programs, driving engagement and excitement among our Mini MVPs and their families.
  • Keep our administrative game strong by maintaining accurate records, streamlining processes, and staying on top of the details.
  • Utilize your background in education to provide expert guidance and support to parents, positioning Little Dribblers as a trusted partner in children's education and athletic development.
  • Perform all other administrative duties as required


Requirements:


  • Proven experience in sales and customer service, with a track record of driving results and delivering exceptional experiences to customers.
  • A passion for kids' basketball and a deep understanding of our Little Dribblers brand language.
  • Exceptionally strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex concepts in an accessible and engaging manner.
  • Tech-savvy skills, including proficiency in CRM software and a knack for leveraging technology to enhance customer interactions.
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks with grace under pressure, always keeping your focus on delivering outstanding service and driving results.
  • Background in education (ECE or OCT) is a definite plus, with a passion for blending academics with athletics and supporting children's holistic development.


Location:


This is a primarily remote position, with occasional visits to our facilities as needed.


Compensation:


This position is largely commission-based, offering significant earning potential based on performance. High performers may have the opportunity to transition to franchise sales with even greater earning potential.
