Compliance and Network Administrator

Responsibilities:

- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues
- Provide technical support to end-users
- Conduct network audits and implement necessary improvements
- Provide administrative, compliance, and network support to the office staff and management team
- Prepare and proofread documents, reports, and correspondence
- Evaluate existing company procedures to ensure compliance with internal company policies and the requirements of regulatory/insurance agencies
- Make suggestions regarding updates to internal procedures to drive greater levels of compliance
- Provide compliance guidance and training to other staff members
- Monitor internal procedures to improve targets with insurance companies
- Contribute to the planning and development of Next Gear/Dashboard requirements to improve insurance scorecards
- Conduct compliance audits to evaluate whether our practices and procedures adhere to current insurance/restoration regulations
- Consult with senior management on investigation protocols and procedures, including follow-ups, resolution plans, and corrective measures
- Support maintaining compliance of industry regulations, insurance policies and organizational standards

**Skills**:

- Experience with network administration tools and software
- Familiarity with network security practices and protocols
- Strong computer skills - Internet, Intranet, Excel, Office Suite
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- 3+ years of experience as a Compliance Administrator/Network Administrator or in a similar role considered an asset
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of the regulatory requirements and practices in the insurance/restoration industry
- Experience with Next Gear Solutions is considered an asset

**Salary**: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
