- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage patient inquiries
- Maintain electronic medical records accurately and confidentially
- Assist with billing, insurance claims, and processing payments
- Coordinate referrals to other healthcare providers as needed
- Ensure the waiting area is clean and organized
- Perform general administrative tasks to support the office staff

**Skills**:

- Experience working in a medical or dental office setting
- Proficiency in medical terminology and understanding of basic healthcare procedures
- Knowledge of efficient reception workflow is a plus
- Strong administrative skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Familiarity with practice management software and PS Suite EMR is an advantage
- Competence in managing phone systems and handling patient inquiries efficiently

Pay: $16.78-$22.21 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
