**Job Title: Amazon Specialist**
**Key Responsibilities**:
Account Management:
- Address and resolve any account issues, including suspensions, policy violations, or negative feedback.
- Manage day-to-day operations of the Amazon Vendor Central account.
- Monitor account health, and performance metrics, and ensure compliance with Amazon policies.
Performance and Product Management:
- Create and optimize product listings, including titles, descriptions, bullet points, and backend search terms.
- Conduct keyword research to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic to product listings.
- Enhance listings with high-quality images, A+ Content, and videos.
- Unauthorized Sellers & Speciality - monitor lost sales to other sellers, work with Amazon Vendor Manager to ban unauthorized sellers
Advertising & Marketing:
- Campaign Management - develop advertising campaigns (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brand)
- Merchandizing Opportunities - explore additional brand and product placement opportunities with AVS Manager through Amazon Registry, Prime Day, influencer partnerships. Lead adhoc task forces to implement chosen activations
Inventory Management:
Coordinate with the supply chain team to ensure adequate stock levels in Amazon FBA and prevent stockouts.
- Monitor inventory health, manage replenishments, and optimize storage costs.
- Analyze sales trends and forecast demand to inform inventory planning.
Reporting & Analysis:
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales, conversion rates, traffic, and advertising ROI.
- Generate reports to identify areas of improvement and make data-driven recommendations.
- Stay updated with Amazon’s policies, algorithm changes, and marketplace trends.
Customer Service & Engagement:
- Monitor and respond to customer reviews and questions to maintain a positive brand image.
- Collaborate with the customer service team to resolve any product or order issues quickly and effectively.
Compliance & Legal:
- Ensure all product listings comply with Amazon's guidelines, including category-specific requirements.
- Manage and submit any necessary documentation for product safety, and or certifications
Qualifications:
- Experience:
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience managing Amazon Vendor Central accounts.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in Vendor Central, and Amazon Advertising.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with SEO and digital marketing best practices.
- Experience with Amazon analytics tools is a plus.
