**NATURE AND SCOPE**

Under the supervision of the Director, Student Recruitment and External Affairs, the Student Recruitment Officer develops and implements student recruitment processes and activities for the College’s academic programs.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Participates in the development of future directions and initiatives for student recruitment and enrolment activities
- Recommends and implements marketing, recruitment and liaison strategies notably through social media and web-based platforms
- Prepares information and training to support college personnel and others who have an active role in student recruitment
- Participates and assists with the planning and coordination of student recruitment events, on or off campus, in collaboration with various college departments
- Analyzes relevant data and prepares statistical or summary reports related to student recruitment
- Fulfils other duties as required

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Undergraduate degree in an appropriate field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, communications or a related field, preferably in a post-secondary environment
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in data analysis and reporting
- Knowledge of the Quebec secondary and post-secondary education sector an asset
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (testing may be required)
- Fluently bilingual in English and French, both spoken and written (testing may be required)
