**Position: Store Manager - Barrie Location**
As a Store Manager at our Barrie location, you'll have the incredible opportunity to shape a team environment that celebrates inclusivity and fosters positive connections. This pivotal role places you at the helm, directing and inspiring your team to achieve store objectives, including sales targets, recruitment, performance enhancement, training, and development. **What We're Looking For**:
- **Retail Management Experience**: A minimum of 4+ years in retail management (jewellery or fashion experience is a plus but not mandatory).
- **Customer-Centric**: Thrive in a fast-paced environment while ensuring an exceptional customer experience is at the forefront of everything you do.
- **Business Savvy**: Exhibit excellent business development skills and possess an entrepreneurial spirit to nurture existing client relationships while generating new business opportunities.

**Your Responsibilities Will Include**:
**Retail**:
- Provide guidance and support to staff, conducting regular one-on-ones and quarterly reviews.
- Inspire and motivate your team to deliver top performance and an outstanding customer experience.
- Maintain store cleanliness, adhere to merchandising guidelines, and uphold brand standards.
- Resolve escalated customer service issues with finesse.
- Collaborate with other Store Managers and the Leadership team to ensure alignment with our core organizational principles.
- Assist with inventory management, including product orders, replenishment, and new product entries.
- Lead clienteling efforts through coaching and monitoring customer follow-ups.
**Performance Management & HR**:
- Establish and oversee performance expectations for your team.
- Provide consistent and constructive feedback to foster growth.
- Initiate training or disciplinary actions as needed.
- Manage vacation scheduling and requests.
- Participate in recruitment efforts for new team members.
- Lead new employee orientations.
- Ensure adherence to organizational policies.
