**About the Opportunity**

Protocase/45Drives is seeking to fill a receptionist/administrative support role. If you are able to multitask and prioritize responsibilities and have strong organizational skills, then this position will be right for you. The person who holds this title will have the important job of acting as gatekeeper, whether it be directing calls coming in to us or keeping an accurate and up-to-date log of who comes and goes. We are seeking an individual that exudes a positive, friendly and helpful demeanor, as they will be the first face greeting visitors when they walk through our doors.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Receiving visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately
- Answer/operate a multiple line phone system (switchboard), answering it with a friendly greeting and a smile and routing to the appropriate extension
- Filing and data entry
- Issuing office supplies to other team members, keeping track as per procedure
- Assist with sales related administrative activities and projects

**Essential Requirements**
- Experience in an administrative role
- Strong organizational skills/time management
- Attention to detail
- Positive and friendly attitude
- Comfortable speaking on the phone frequently/excellent phone etiquette
- Highly capable in both written and oral communication
- Problem-solving skills and adaptability
- Ability to follow procedure

**About the Benefits**

Besides annual earnings that range between $30,000 and $38,000.00 (dependent on experience and based on a nominal 40-hour work week), you will also enjoy the following benefits:
