Customer Service Representative

Concord, Canada Metro Wallcoverings Full time

**SCOPE**:
Relocation assistance is not offered for this position. Position is onsite at Metro's headquarters.

**JOB DESCRIPTION**:

- Respond to all customer complaints and find solutions as efficiently as possible
- Take order placements and process accordingly
- Take payments
- Take care of the daily FedEx delivery packaging and labels
- Assure accounts are complete and maintained
- Tracking orders
- Follow through with shipping and delays
- Process returns, replacements and process Invoices
- Make sure all returns are processed in a timely, efficient manner
- Recognize opportunities for reorders, new orders and special orders
- Light warehouse maintenance, such as filing memos' putting away catalogues.

**QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS**:

- Completed High School Degree
- 1+ years previous Customer Service experience
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and French
- Attention to detail and excellent organizational and documentation skills
- Able to multitask
- Enjoys working in a team and taking initiative
- Passion for home décor and fashion an asset
- Self Starter
- Ability to go the extra mile

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $40,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
