YOUR ‘DAY TO DAY’
- Your responsibilities will include introducing and supporting RBH products and services in all assigned accounts within the defined territory. You will provide product education and support on all combustible and non-combustible brand families, retail support and engagement programs. You will liaise directly with owners/managers and front-line staff to build engagement and support of RBH products to grow RBH Inc.’s Market Share within your territory. You will be responsible to manage and execute all assigned coverage, Call to Action activities and compliance in Independent/Chain agreements, manage an assigned territory budget with set parameters.
- Your responsibilities will also include the expansion of RBH Inc.’s smoke-free product portfolio through direct communication with owners/managers and front-line staff to create awareness of our Smoke Free Vision.
- You will leverage your relationships within your assigned stores to build a successful referral network which will result in face-to-face product education meetings with Legal Aged Smokers who have expressed an interest in learning more about RBH smoke-free products.
- You will be responsible for providing educational information and assist in the delivery process of RBH smoke-free products to the end consumer in accordance with Regulatory Requirements.
- You will build a network of referrals members within your territory to continue the expansion of RBH smoke-free products to meet monthly and quarterly assigned targets.
- You will be responsible to manage a consignment inventory as per established parameters.
The territory focus on primarly Winnipeg and it's surrounding.
YOU ARE THE RIGHT PERSON FOR THIS JOB IF
- YOU are a dynamic and energetic individual who is self-motivated and can work with little supervision.
- You are highly organized, analytical and great at building and sustaining relationships.
- You are legally authorized to work in Canada and possess well developed communication and negotiation skills.
- You have a University degree or College Diploma in Business or a related field, 1-5 years of experience in sales, previous CPG experience, willing to travel 20-25 % and knowledge of office suite including Excel and Power Point.
- Knowledge of Salesforce considered an asset.
- A clean driver’s abstract is required, as company vehicle will be provided.
- Additionally, your requirements include managing the accuracy of all information within the CRM database, accomplish administrative duties and reporting in accordance with all company policies and procedures.
