La personne titulaire du poste de chef de service - Analyse des équipages est responsable de la recherche et de la mise en œuvre d'outils de modélisation, d'outils de suivi, d'analytique quantitative et de solutions statistiques en lien avec la planification des équipages, en vue d'assurer la fiabilité opérationnelle, la productivité des équipages et l'efficacité, et ce, au moindre coût. Elle se sert des données sur le rendement pour déceler les lacunes dans les processus et ainsi recommander des améliorations à y apporter. De plus, elle rédige, publie et fournit des directives sur les mesures et rapports clés, au sein de la Planification des équipages et auprès des parties prenantes des autres unités d'entreprise.

**Principales fonctions et responsabilités**
- Diriger les initiatives d'amélioration des processus et les efforts en matière de changement, afin d'accroître l'efficacité opérationnelle au sein du service.
- Concevoir et mettre en œuvre des outils de contrôle quantitatif du rendement pour harmoniser les modèles de dotation, les résultats opérationnels et les objectifs budgétaires, ainsi qu'en faire le rapprochement.
- Préparer des analyses postérieures de l'exploitation, des observations et des recommandations, et les présenter à des ressources internes et externes.
- Mener des initiatives de modélisation analytique et statistique de l'exploitation.
- Créer et tenir à jour les modèles de prévision des exigences en matière d'équipages, afin d'optimiser la couverture requise en fonction de l'horaire de la Société.
- Concevoir et élaborer des mécanismes de rétroaction sur le rendement pour mesurer et refléter le coût des décisions de l'équipe Planification et Affectation des équipages.
- Assurer l'exactitude et l'intégrité des modèles de dotation de la Planification des équipages.
- Réaliser des analyses de rentabilité et des analyses financières dans le cadre de divers projets de la Planification des équipages, dont la modification du parc aérien, l'élaboration de propositions contractuelles et la détermination des possibilités de rentrées.
- Intégrer des données provenant de diverses ressources internes, afin d'optimiser les possibilités d'accès aux renseignements offertes aux utilisateurs de l'entreprise, ainsi que promouvoir l'utilisation stratégique des données en tant qu'outil concurrentiel.
- Participer aux initiatives en matière de technologie de l'information qui touchent la Planification des équipages, et représenter le service dans le cadre de ces initiatives.
- Évaluer la conformité au Règlement de l'aviation canadien (RAC) et aux normes énoncées dans les ententes contractuelles, et produire des rapports à ce sujet.
- Démontrer des compétences de leadership et de collaboration en interagissant avec les autres services au sein de l'organisation, pour offrir des solutions aux initiatives de la Planification des équipages.
- Effectuer des contrôles qualité pour soutenir la transition vers de nouveaux modèles de planification des équipages.
- Procéder à des analyses comparatives ou à d'autres études selon les exigences des associations du transport aérien et des organismes de vérification externes.
- Fournir des données quantitatives de base pour les analyses de rentabilité et le soutien de la Convention collective.
- Fournir des données de base pour l'analyse de la cause fondamentale des problèmes et pour la réingénierie des processus.
- Agir à titre de ressource interne en matière de science statistique.

**Qualifications**
- Diplôme en ingénierie ou dans un domaine quantitatif connexe
- Connaissances approfondies en technologie de l'information
- Leadership en matière de changement
- Solide expérience de l'analyse statistique et de la modélisation
- Esprit créatif, solide esprit d'analyse et curiosité naturelle pour la résolution de problèmes
