NOBL Wheels is on the hunt for an experienced retail employee to help with weekend work in our beautiful Showroom in Cumberland, BC.

This is an ideal job for someone who wants to ride their bike before work, after work, and maybe at lunch too We're a stones throw away from the trailhead, and our offices have staff showers, an indoor bike wash station, and burritos, beverages and the lake close by.
- Has great cycling knowledge and stoke for all things bike
- Enjoys helping people and providing a great customer experience
- Has a very high attention to detail.
- Wants to work weekends and the occasional holiday.
- Has great verbal and written communication. You're comfortable working behind a screen, on the phone, and in person.
- Is a self starter. Enjoys being part of a hard working team, but is self reliant and can think for themselves and get things done on their own.

**The job**:

- Manage incoming and outgoing rental bikes using our internal tracking software.
- Get rentals ready for our customers. Adjust seat height and cockpit configuration, and set up suspension settings based on rider weight.
- Clean and prepare bikes so they're ready for the next customer.
- Mechanical skills are an asset
- Operate a register for transactions and keep the sales floor stocked.
- Participate in opening and closing procedures including locking up and alarming the building.
- Other duties as required.

**Salary**: $18.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 30 per week
