**Duties include but are not limited to**:

- Maintaining vendor and project accounts.
- Working within billing systems.
- Collecting, and posting receipts and payments.
- Assisting with invoices, statements, and payment processes.
- Reviewing material requisition and job costs.
- Reconciliation and review as required.
- Working within the finance team in a collaborative approach.
- Attend training sessions to learn industry trends, opportunities, and financial software.

**Preference Given to Applicants With**:

- Experience in accounting within the construction industry.
- A college diploma or university degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task in a fast-paced project-based work environment.

- 3-month probation period.
- Relocation assistance is not available for this position.
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada.

**Salary**: $52,200.00-$58,400.00 per year
