**Role Description**
- Arrange in-person meetings to negotiate contracts with potential merchants.
- Maintain existing relationships with cooperating merchants,coordinating and resolving issues with various stakeholders.Continuously improve merchant satisfaction and service quality to ensure smooth business operations.
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions,tailored to customer needs and objectives.
- Maintain and regularly update the backstage settings for each merchant under your supervision.
- Liaise with the Marketing and Delivery Operations teams to align strategies aimed at increasing Gross Merchandise Volume
- 安排面对面会议,与潜在商家协商合同。
- 维护与合作商家的现有关系,协调解决各利益相关方的问题。持续提升商家满意度和服务质量,以确保业务顺利进行。
- 定期拜访商家,根据需要申请或更换商家材料。
- 确保按时成功交付我们的解决方案,以满足客户的需求和目标。
- 维护并定期更新你所监管的每个商家的后台设置。
- 与市场营销和配送运营团队联络,制定旨在提升总商品交易额的策略。
**Qualifications**
- BS/BA in Marketing or a related field.
- Excellent writing and communication skills.
- Valid driver's license and access to a car.
- Languages Required: English, Mandarin, Cantonese.
- 必须为在校学生并且符合CO-OP要求
- 市场营销或相关领域的学士学位。
- 出色的写作和沟通技能。
- 有效的驾驶执照并拥有一辆车。
- 语言要求:英语、普通话、广东话。
**Salary**: From $36,000.00 per year
