Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Logistics Manager to join our team.

As a Logistics Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the movement, storage, and distribution of goods. Your role will involve managing the logistics process, receiving shipments, organizing pick-ups & deliveries, while ensuring efficient and timely operations.

This position reports directly to the Operations Manager.

**Duties**:

- Coordinate and manage aspects of the supply chain, parts/materials management, warehouse distribution, and transportation
- Oversee inventory control processes to ensure accurate stock levels & locations
- Collaborate with Operations Manager to forecast supply & demand and plan inventory levels and/or shipments accordingly
- Manage relationships with suppliers & third-parties
- Utilize transportation management systems (TMS) to optimize routing and track shipments
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in logistics operations
- Continuously evaluate and improve processes to enhance productivity and customer satisfaction

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (required)
- Proven experience in logistics management, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- Strong knowledge of inventory control, warehouse management, and equipment management
- Familiarity with transportation management systems (TMS) and warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to effectively communicate with internal teams, suppliers, and customers
- Must have experience working in a warehouse
- Proficiency in SharePoint or similar software is a plus
