**Responsibilities could include but are not limited to**:
The Junior Technical Clerk must provide assistance to the Project Manager, Deputy Project Manager, and Project Integrated Logistics Support Manager for Air Defence Systems including, but not limited to, Tactical Control Radar (TCR) Modernization project. The Junior Technical Clerk must perform the following tasks:

- Assemble complete or partial Technical Data Packages (TDPs) and identifying and actioning deficiencies in data packages of systems and equipment;
- Receive, log, take custody of and acknowledge the receipt of TDPs which describe additions, modifications and/or deletions of technical data;
- Collect, review and update configuration management data, including Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs), for input into the environmental configuration management information system;
- Modify, validate and compile technical data package lists, that will include:

- technical publications;
- specifications;
- performance test sheets;
- equipment and system data lists and drawings;
- repair and overhaul specifications; and
- other technical descriptors in accordance with Data Technical Descriptions (DTDs) and Data Item Descriptions (DIDs);
- Update, validate and compile technical data action notices;
- Review documents, drawings and associated data for conformance to standards;
- Format technical documents.
- Maintain working files, file correspondence, and reports utilizing the Record Data Information Management System (RDIMS);
- Provide administration support to Air Defence System (ADS) projects including preparation of document transmittals, meeting agendas, and minutes of meetings, maintaining and updating risk registries, and master action items lists;
- Track and input budget estimates and expenditures;
- Receive and store sensitive project documentation;
- Administer and review Integrated Logistic Support deliverables, including technical manuals, interim spares list, long lead time list, maintenance plans, sparing analysis reports, training plans and, provisioning parts break down list;
- Assist in the preparation and review of project technical documentation including Statement of Requirement (SORs) and Statement of Work (SOWs);
- Maintain and update spares list utilizing the Canadian Government Cataloguing System;
- Review and maintain parts list ensuring accuracy of North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) Stock Numbers; and
- Scan and prepare technical documentation for archiving.

**Skills/Experience Required**:

- Must have a degree, diploma;
- A minimum of 3 years of experience providing Technical Clerical services through experience in at least five of the following:

- Assembling, receiving, and logging Technical Data Packages (TDPs);
- Updating, validating and compiling technical data action notices;
- Reviewing documents, drawings and associated data for conformance to standards;
- Providing administration support including preparation of document transmittals, meeting agendas, and minutes of meetings;
- Maintaining and updating risk registries, and master action items lists;
- Tracking and inputting budget estimates and expenditures;
- Receiving and storing sensitive project documentation; and
- Maintaining and updating spares list to a In-service Support or Capital Project Office.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in each of:

- Coordinating, organizing and administering project correspondence.
- Assisting in the preparation and review of project documentation;
- Receiving, storing, maintaining, and disseminating confidential documents;
- Providing acquisition and in-service configuration management support including tracking and managing change proposals and requests for change utilizing project management control software (i.e. Doors or Primavera); and
- Utilizing a Record Management System (e.g. RDIMS) to maintain project files and data.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience administering and reviewing Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) deliverables, which include the following:

- Technical manuals;
- Interim spares lists;
- Long lead time lists;
- Maintenance plans;
- Sparing analysis reports;
- Training plans; and
- Provisioning parts break down lists from third party contractors.

Day range:

- Monday to Friday

Shift:

- 8 hour shift

**Experience**:

- providing Technical Clerical service: 3 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

- MUST HAVE A SECRET CLEARANCE (required)
