We are looking for individuals that are passionate about Food, Hospitality, and are Guest focused as well as being a strong and motivating team player.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage all ongoing operations of a restaurant while achieving business requirement (including reporting, adherence to local and provincial legislation and regulations, development of reports, etc.)
- Ensure Guest Experience is maintained by quickly and effectively resolving Guest complaints when received in the kitchen
- Take the opportunity to be Guest facing - deliver food and communicate with Guests on a regular basis to gain insights on how you impact the Guest Experience
- Ensure recipe adherence in kitchen execution of all products served
- Oversee adherence to legislative and food handling requirements
- Implement and adhere to the Health and Safety policies and procedures outlined in the Health and Safety Program (i.e. proper safe food service, Occupational Health & Safety Act, WHMIS, etc.)
- Possess the potential to effectively run the back & front of house and lead all shifts to meet Brand standards as well as financial goals
- Ensure the store is operating to all standards of a "Benchmark Restaurant", and creating a Perfect Guest Experience every time
- Continue to develop associates and train new staff
- Support and implement Standards and Controls
- Other management duties as directed by the Franchise Owner and General Manager

**Is This You?**
- Ability to work in an environment that encourages and fosters teamwork, participation, creativity, openness, honesty, mutual respect and lots of fun
- Diploma in Culinary Management and/or Kitchen Manager accreditation is an asset but not required
- Minimum 2-3 years kitchen experience working in a high-volume causal dining restaurant or high-volume fast-food restaurant
- Strong knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards
- Planning and analytical skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with food and labour cost controls and monitoring of cost budgets
- Proficient people manager with coaching experience and the ability to listen and respond effectively to Associate and Guest concerns
