Oakville, Canada VAC Developments Ltd Full time

Our company is looking to hire a Quality Assurance Supervisor who will be responsiblessuring that all products are defect free and compliant with technical specifications in a professional manner. We're looking for someone with an eye for detail and an interest in continuing education, and we hope to find someone who will work closely with our production team to implement quality assurance strategies.

**Responsibilities**:

- Make sure the company follows its own procedures.
- Analyze and interpret quality data.
- Monitor quality system performance.
- Manage the internal quality control department.
- Review quality control reports.
- Review and check the production of customer orders to ensure adherence to standards.
- Monitor and report on compliance with corporate policies and procedures.
- Liaise with Planning, Production and Quality departments
- Conduct research on new product development.
- Conduct research on existing products to ensure conformity to product standards.

**Education and/or Experience**
- University Degree or College Diploma in Engineering is preferred with 5 to 10 years’ experience in Quality or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a supervisory role. Preferred background in Aerospace and Defense industry

**Salary**: From $75,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- Quality assurance: 4 years (preferred)
- Supervising: 4 years (preferred)
- Manufacturing: 2 years (preferred)
- Quality management: 3 years (preferred)
