**Nature’s Way of Canada wants you to join our growing company and talented team** Nature’s Way is known world-wide as a leading provider of high-quality natural medicines and nutritional supplements, including an expansive line of herbs, omega-3 oils, probiotics, vitamins, and minerals.

We are currently searching for a motivated, **Assistant Brand Manager** with a demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. This position works closely with the marketing and sales teams and is key to ensuring our programs, packaging, and communications are executed with excellence. This position will be based out of our Dartmouth head office and operate within our hybrid model.

The **Assistant Brand Manager **will coordinate and execute projects and initiatives that span brand management, new product development, and media. **Key Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.**

**Media Plan Execution Support**
- Develop required assets to support media plan execution
- Project manage influencer program
- Work with Digital Team on organic social content
- Liaise with media agency and design agency

**New Product Development Launch Support**
- Execute new product marketing launch plans

**Brand Management**
- Marketing lead on key portions of the portfolio such as Probiotics and Briight (CBD)

**Sales Support**
- Lead the development of tools needed to support the sales & marketing promotional calendar
- Lead the development of priority customer in-store initiatives (i.e. displays, pallet skirts)
- Lead the development of educational materials as needed

**Packaging**
- Support packaging re-brand execution
- Manage ongoing maintenance/updates to all existing labels

**Reporting**
- Support the development of brand planning activities by pulling performance data
- Complete competitive reviews / competitive monitoring
- Assist in evaluating marketing programs / activities
- Track status of project

**Qualifications and Experience**
- Passion Integrity Creativity
- Completion of a University degree with business or marketing focus and/or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 3+ years relevant experience.
- Ability to prioritize deliverables, takes initiative, and work independently or within a team
- Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
- Highly disciplined, organized, self-motivated and genuinely committed to success.
- A willingness to dive into the details
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Experience in the Natural Health Industry an asset.
- Experience in a Consumer Packaged Goods environment an asset.
- Some travel will be required for this role.
