**The Role**
The Application Support Analyst works alongside all company departments and corporate teams to support business information systems across the organization. Activities encompass end user support, system administration, development and rollout of data analytics and reporting solutions, implementing automation and other continual improvement initiatives across the business.
- Salesforce Administration including (but not limited to): user setup, dashboards and reports, page layouts, record types, flows, custom settings, objects and fields.
- Lead the design and development of Microsoft Power Platform solutions.
- Manage and configure business analytic tools/reporting across the organization.
- Identify areas for optimization and adoption.
- Creating clear and effective documentation across multiple business units.
- Handle incoming support requests/incidents via a ticketing system and keep a high level of satisfaction from internal customers.
- Provide various methods of training to users via online sessions, pre-recorded and documented Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
**Skills & Qualifications**
- 5+ years of experience in a relevant Application support role.
- Extensive experience with configuration and customization on the Salesforce Platform.
- Advanced experience with developing and implementing projects utilizing Microsoft’s Power Platform.
- Preference will be given to applicants with experience in CDK systems, Targit BI, Microsoft SharePoint Online, API integration.
- Experience leading discovery sessions with multiple stakeholders and defining business requirements.
- Meticulous individual with the ability to rapidly learn and take advantage of new concepts, business models, and technologies.
- Committed to personal growth - sets specific, challenging and achievable goals. Develops and implements action plans to accomplish.
- Resourceful and entrepreneurial thinker who can work through and solve problems.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Attention to detail and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
