**What you’ll do**

Reporting to the President of the Manufacturing Capacity Solutions business within the Biotechnology Integrated Solutions (BIS) operating company, the Product Marketing Manager will own marketing activities for a ~$170M business.

The Manufacturing Capacity Solutions business supports customers accelerate the buildout of biomanufacturing capacity needed to advance therapeutic development and commercialization in a flexible, compliant, and cost-efficient manner. The product marketer would support FlexFactoryTM, KUBioTM, and Aseptic Filling product offerings (formerly known as Vanrx)

This role is an leader position and will manage a team of 2 associates.

Strong preference for the associate to be based in the greater Boston, MA area
- Own development of the annual product marketing plan and drive execution of the plan developed (e.g., lead gen, campaign ROI)
- Understand evolving customer needs across the workflow to identify potential market opportunities and cross-product leverage
- Own the GTM aspects of Launch Excellence for new products including sales enablement tools (working cross-functionally with the product management team)
- Build the value propositions to present a holistic story about Cytiva capabilities
- Provide insights and analysis related to the product and portfolio lifecycle management process (e.g., VOC, marketing metrics, etc.); use competitive differentiators to drive value selling opportunities for the sales team
- Employ industry trend analysis, and market share and competitive analysis relevant to product/portfolio
- Provide commercial teams product knowledge in product use, differentiation, positioning and pricing
- Develop customer success stories & lead development of scientific content and proof points (where relevant/needed)

**Who you are**
- Bachelor's degree; MBA, Master's or PhD degree a plus
- Desired minimum of five (5) years’ experience in Marketing discipline
- Experience in leadership position managing teams and leading across reporting lines
- Experience in a marketing or sales focused role in the Life Sciences Industry
- Experience developing strategic plans for a marketing organization and/or managing marketing projects (e.g., product marketing, field marketing, content development, campaigns, events, etc) with knowledge of the marketing funnel and sale process
- Strong leadership, communication, collaboration, and project management skills with proven ability to drive and manage initiatives in a matrixed environment (empowering others to lead)
- Strong business acumen, financial, organizational and relationship building skills
- Clear/strategic thinker with ability to build and successfully execute a strategic plan
