Fast paced coffee company looking for a reliable, enthusiastic team player for a customer service representative.

Applicant should excel in telephone manners, be personable, professionally presentable, efficient, task oriented, creative and excel in clerical skills.

Computer efficiency required.

Previous customer service experience.

Experience with financial computer systems (Quickbooks)

Duties include but are not limited to: managing incoming calls, contacting customers for orders,folowing up on customer inquiries, entering data into Quickbook and processing invoices, developing customer order forms, filing.

Hours of work - Monday
- Friday 830-430

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
