Food Service Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Subway. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Requisition food and kitchen supplies to maintain optimal inventory levels
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring efficient service and high-quality products
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a clean and safe working environment
- Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation to minimize waste and optimize profitability
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, adhering to Subway's high standards
- Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner
- Establish work schedules to ensure adequate staffing and efficient operations
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service or restaurant management role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively train and manage staff
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
