Field Service Technician

**Role and Responsibilities**
- Service and maintain dairy equipment on farms, with a high focus on automation and robotic systems.
- Represent Norwell Dairy in a professional manner with customers.
- Work independently while communicating within a team environment.
- Drive a service van in a responsible manner.
- Continued training as needed: on the job, in the classroom, and through book-learning with manuals.
- Will be required to take a turn with after-hours service schedule once adequately trained.

**Skills and Qualifications**
- Excellent problem solving, trouble shooting and critical thinking.
- Mechanical aptitude and experience.
- Able to work with mínimal supervision. Can see what needs to be done and take initiative to accomplish it.
- A high level of personal integrity, and the ability to work with others and treat them respectfully.
- Driven to grow within the organization and keep current with new products and processes.
- Milking equipment/Agriculture knowledge and experience is an asset.

Pay: $60,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
