**This role is a fit if you are experienced in**:

- Playing a pivotal role in identifying and developing healthcare industry relationships while promoting and selling our innovative software.
- Sales environments where relationship-building and consultative selling are critical, will be highly valuable.
- Evidence of meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas, demonstrating the ability to drive revenue and grow accounts.
- Proven ability to adapt to changing market conditions, customer needs, and evolving sales strategies.
- Attending industry events, conferences, and trade shows.
- Driving revenue growth and expanding our client base by building strong relationships with potential clients and demonstrating the value proposition of StaffStat.
- Providing product information and ongoing promotions to prospects and partners and reporting potential major account business leads to the leadership team.

**What you bring**:

- A degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Over 5 years’ B2B sales experience in software or healthcare.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively pitch, present, and negotiate.
- Clear Tuberculosis testing within the last two years; Steps 1 & 2; or an X-Ray from the previous five years showing a clear result.
- Proof of current flu immunization in accordance with current Plan A Policy.
- Provide a complete and current (within six months) Vulnerable Sector Check (including a Criminal Background Check) or be willing to obtain one.
- Willingness to work out of the office on sales calls.
