Under the supervision of the operations service supervisor, the incumbent is responsible for identifying and investigating requests/problems on customers' audiovisual equipment, mostly on the road, but also in the workshop and on the phone.

**Your day will look like this**:

- Listening and understanding the needs of its employees and customers
- Ensure smooth operation of technicians' schedules, including days off and vacations
- Presenting solutions to technicians and employees
- Verify the work done in the ticketing tool and ensure that it is done correctly
- If necessary, update the customer's documentation and Solotech's internal documentation
- Ensure appropriate follow-up after a service call that requires a return visit to the client
- Develop excellent business relationships with customers:

- Act as a strategic advisor to customers
- Ensure customer satisfaction by being proactive to their needs
- Collaborate with the various stakeholders to ensure the best possible customer service
- Ensure that all technicians have what they need to do the job properly (Tools,Trucks, Plans, Knowledge, Parts, etc.)
- Take care of the orders, repairs and maintenance of the trucks
- Prepare the necessary material for future service calls
- Take care of the reservation of necessary equipment (Skyjack, Nacelle, etc..)
- Maintain the technicians' space in order.

**Your profile**
- Experience as a technician and in managing employees
- 3 to 5 years experience in a similar position
- Have a driver's license in order to be able to travel to different clients; (Vehicle provided for travel needs)
- Have a great sense of responsibility and organization
- Knowledge of sound, video projection and lighting equipment at the consumer and commercial level
- Basic knowledge of home automation (Crestron, AMX), video conferencing (Polycom, Tandberg, Zoom, Teams), lighting (DMX Protocol, LightJockey, ETC, Strand), digital audio processing (SymNet, Soundweb, Biamp, QSC)
- Knowledge of networking
- Possession of an ASP construction card (an asset)
- Relational skills and ability to communicate directly with the client
- Excellent customer service
- Team oriented and collaborative
- Good management of priorities and respect for deadlines and tight deadlines
- Strong ability to work under pressure and adapt to change.
