About This Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Mobile Sales and Team Lead to join our team at The Mobile Shop in Toronto, Ontario. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of Wireless Sales Representatives to achieve sales targets and objectives.

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.

Job Description

This role will involve:

  • Leading and motivating a team of Wireless Sales Representatives to achieve sales targets and objectives.
  • Actively participating in engaging customers in sales activities as part of your daily responsibilities.
  • Providing ongoing training, coaching, and development to Wireless Sales Representatives to improve their skills, product knowledge, and customer service abilities.
  • Developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth, increase market share, and achieve business objectives.
  • Monitoring and evaluating the performance of Wireless Sales Representatives, providing feedback, and implementing performance improvement plans as needed.

Requirements
