You'll play a vital role in communicating with potential customers seeking health and safety solutions. You'll handle calls, generate leads, and ensure customers are happy. The best Account Managers care about customers, listen well, and know how to communicate effectively.
**What Will You Be Up To?**
- You'll be the steward of customer service and sales activities for a specific clientele zone, ensuring that current customers are well-informed about recertification training, upcoming events, and public training sessions. You'll follow up after scheduled training to ensure their satisfaction and schedule training based on their needs.
- Building a formidable database of business leads will be your daily mission.
- Lightning-fast responses to all phone and website inquiries will be your way of maintaining our service excellence for existing clients while also capturing the attention of potential new clients.
- You'll be the catalyst for forging valuable business relationships with corporate entities and partnerships.
- Collaborating with clients to ensure they are not just satisfied but delighted, offering additional services where appropriate.
- You'll be a versatile powerhouse, cross-training in various support positions.

- You wield an extensive knowledge of sales and marketing techniques. You're not just a salesperson; you're a hunter who revels in discovering creative avenues to engage prospects in meaningful discussions.

- You're computer literate with at least an intermediate level of proficiency in Microsoft Office within a network environment. You don't fear computers; you fear the absence of them. In other words, you have a natural ability to learn and master specialty software programs.

- Your organizational skills are second to none, and you're incredibly disciplined and personally accountable.
- You have a proven track record of consistently exceeding quotas.
