Reporting to the National Manager, Distribution Operations, the Operations Administrator provides administrative support to the PDC Operations team.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Provide administrative support to the PDC Operations team
- Perform administrative duties relating to attendance records
- Maintain all equipment records, ensuring documentation is up to date
- Establish and monitor all contract agreements for operational equipment
- Responsible for operational supplies and inventory levels
- Act as liaison with western PDC to support all operational activities including inventory investigations & receipt support, etc.
- Responsible for all equipment maintenance programs which includes cost and budget control
- Responsible for planning, activation & project administration in relation to capital budget
- Provide operational reporting related to performance, equipment activities, month end & ad hoc reports as required
- Provide support/back up for returns administration as required
- Provide support/back up for security & facilities administration
- Other duties as assigned

REQUIRED COMPETENCIES
- Minimum 5 years of being awesome
- Minimum 2 years experience in a warehouse environment
- Previous clerical experience in automotive industry is considered an asset
- Strong attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Must be team oriented and customer service focused
- Solid organization and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills
