We are seeking a permanent, full-time **Member Service Administrator** working 37.50 hours per week to serve our business members.

This role is responsible for updating member information, changing system information on signing authorities and performing a variety of administrative functions supporting our Business members. This role is an integral member of the Business banking team, and completion of tasks in a timely, accurate and efficient manner is key to contributing to the delivery of member service excellence.

**OUR VISION**

**Key responsibilities**:

- Collects member information and prepares account documents for new accounts and changes to signing authorities for non-personal accounts. Performs set up and funding of account in banking systems as applicable.
- Completes physical and digital file set-up and ongoing maintenance. Completes compliance checklists to ensure new product set-up meets the compliance requirements set by the credit union.
- Monitors renewal reports and prepares renewal documentation. Gathers and processes renewals information on the system ensuring all documentation is complete.

**Salary**: $37,735.00-$50,300.00 per year
