With the majority of companies still relying on paper forms and antiquated point solutions for documenting safety compliance, SALUS is poised to lead an epic evolution.

Our SaaS platform is built to mirror existing safety workflows digitally, combining a web app for real-time monitoring of daily operations and powerful reporting capabilities, and a mobile app designed specifically for achieving the highest level of adoption amongst field-level workers.

SALUS is a well-funded, VC-backed startup with kickass culture, a solid customer base spanning North America and an insanely high retention rate. A small but mighty Vancouver-based operation poised for rapid growth, our next wave of expansion begins in Q1 2023 and we’re on the hunt for an experienced Demand Generation Manager with the skills and strategic knowledge to help SALUS enter, execute and succeed at a North American metro strategy.

Reporting to the VP of Marketing (Vancouver), the Demand Generation Manager will be highly dynamic - working both in partnership with a team of digital marketing professionals and in collaboration with sales, product and customer success - to develop and enhance strategies, build and execute effective programs and inform the business through continuous data driven insight related to program performance.

**What You’ll Do**
- Develop and execute short and long-term multi-channel campaigns to drive leads and sales pipeline growth
- Be **_the_** expert in understanding our buyer needs and challenges across the buyer’s journey with the goal of accelerating the buying cycle through personalized communications and targeted campaigns
- Leading A/B testing strategies and execution across all channels
- Monitoring and optimizing programs and making recommendations for improvements in order to consistently reach and exceed targets
- Manage continuous improvements around data quality, data hygiene, reporting and customer segmentation
- Continuous tracking and regular reports to the business on program performance

**Qualifications**
- 5+ years of marketing experience in a B2B technology/software preferred
- Deep knowledge of SFDC and Marketo platforms
- University degree with a specialization in English, Marketing, or Business preferred
- Demonstrated portfolio experience
- Experience in an emerging growth technology company is an asset
- Understand SEO and how to leverage content to power your demand generation strategies

- Analytics experience required (ability to identify actionable insights in data)

- Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills
