Junior Business Analyst

Schedule:
8 hour shift

Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:
Greater Sudbury, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:
Experience in collecting and analyzing data to make an informed business decision.

Experience in project management or agile methodologies (not necessary but good skill to have)

Familiarity with BI tools like Power BI (and expert in excel would be good skill to have )

Identifying process improvement opportunities and making recommendations to optimize operations or business processes.

Collaborating with cross
- functional teams.

Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey findings and recommendations to stakeholders.

Technical writing skills is a plus.

**Education**:
Business Administration, Computer Science or a related field

Roles and Responsibilities:
Finding and deploying IT solutions to the platform CRM.

Documentation for IT solutions

Adaptation to new system in the environment

Assists in testing and participates in UAT

Work with stakeholders to understand business needs and gather requirements for the projects

Staying up to date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems

Daily mapping integration

Manage Geotab support, maintain database, and oversee inventory tracking for optimal operation

Support and resolve team's difficulties with the systems.

Other duties as assigned.

**Requirements**:
Demonstrate attention to accuracy on all duties and responsibilities,

Clean Criminal Background check,

Ability to work well within a team,

Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with Company and established safety and privacy policies and requirements,

Desired Profile:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Experience with data analysis tools is a plus.

Excellent documentation skills

Responsible self-starter
