ed to harness the power of the sun for our customers. We are currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Business Analyst to join our team. As the Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and supporting data-driven decision-making to enhance our operational efficiency and drive business growth. *Key Responsibilities:* *Business Process Analysis. *Analyze and evaluate existing business processes, systems, and workflows to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement. *Data Analysis and Reporting. *Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various sources to generate actionable insights. Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and performance metrics to support decision-making. *Solution Development. *Work with cross-functional teams to develop and implement solutions that address identified business needs. Ensure that solutions are scalable, efficient, and aligned with business objectives. *Stakeholder Management. *Engage with key stakeholders, including senior management, to communicate findings, recommendations, and project progress. Facilitate discussions to ensure alignment and buy-in. *Project Management. *Lead and manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring that deliverables are met on time, within scope, and within budget. *Market Research. *Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats. Provide insights that inform strategic planning and decision-making. *System Integration. *Collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless integration of new systems and technologies into existing business processes. *Continuous Improvement. *Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and recommend initiatives to enhance business performance and efficiency. *Qualifications*
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or Project Manager, preferably in a retail or renewable energy setting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with process mapping and business process reengineering.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of CRM software like Zendesk and Close CRM (preferred).
- Familiarity with solar energy systems and products (nice to have, but not required).
- Strong commitment to sustainability and clean energy. *Compensation* This role offers a competitive compensation package, including a salary of $55,000 to $75,000 CAD. *Job Type*: Full-time *Location:* Greater Toronto Area/Barrie, ON. May require infrequent travel to Barrie, ON. Pay: $55,000.00-$75,000.00 per year Benefits:
