**Discover more about potash at Nutrien An exciting co-op opportunity awaits a motivated student at our Saskatoon Corporate Office beginning May 2024 for approximately 4 months. This is a temporary, full-time, hourly-paid position open to current students who will be returning to their studies once this work term is complete. This position reports into the Senior Advisor, Analytics & Insights Integration within the Operations Excellence, Potash Engineering, Technology & Capital.**

**What you will do**:

- Create and manage an innovation program visibility and key performance indicators to address customer needs and business priorities
- Identify improvements opportunities for solutions and metrics for customer satisfaction
- Research and analyze emerging innovation trends to provide recommendation and plan proposals
- Create workflow processes and documentation
- Collaborate with different Nutrien potash sites and initiatives at various project stages

**What you will bring**:

- Must be pursuing a degree in engineering, technology, applied science, and/or business operations program (or equivalent) at an accredited post-secondary institution
- Must have at least one year of full-time studies remaining after the work term
- Demonstrated positive safety behaviour and safety leadership
- Experience or knowledge in innovation, designs, technology, product management, program development and/or data analysis
- Can-do attitude to investigate and find solutions to non-routine situations
- Willingness to learn and gain knowledge and experience through training and interaction with Nutrien personnel
- Excellent written and verbal communication of technical and non-technical information
- Exceptional organizational and skills with rigorous attention to detail
