Role Description

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of relevant work experience.
- Proven experience in logistics or supply chain operations and customer service, **specifically within the freight forwarding industry.**:

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients, vendors, and team members.
- Proficiency in logistics software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Commitment to providing high-quality customer service and operational excellence.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operations Management: Oversee and coordinate logistics operations, including shipment, delivery, and inventory management, to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Customer Service: Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries, providing timely and accurate information on shipping options, tracking, and pricing, while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Issue Resolution: Identify, investigate, and resolve customer and operational issues promptly, implementing solutions to prevent future occurrences.
- Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve operational processes and customer service practices to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and client satisfaction.
- Vendor Coordination: Collaborate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely and cost-effective operations, maintaining strong professional relationships.
- Reporting and Documentation: Maintain comprehensive records of operational activities and customer interactions, preparing reports on performance metrics and insights for management review.

- Operational Efficiency: Achieve targets related to shipment accuracy, delivery times, and inventory management.
- Customer Satisfaction: Maintain high customer satisfaction ratings through exceptional service and timely resolution of inquiries and issues.
- Process Improvement: Implement effective process improvements resulting in measurable enhancements in operational efficiency and customer service quality.
- Vendor Performance: Manage vendor relationships to ensure service levels meet or exceed company standards and objectives.
- Documentation Accuracy: Ensure accurate and thorough documentation and reporting of operational and customer service activities.
