Social Worker

**Responsibilities**:
- Conduct assessments with clients; develop and implement treatment plans based on client needs and goals
- Provide ongoing psychotherapy to clients
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of interventions and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Maintaining client records including the timely input of progress notes, client contact and other information as required; ensure client confidentiality
- Engage in regular supervision; commitment to ongoing learning
**Requirements**:
- Master's degree in Social Work or related field
- Current registration with the OCSWSSW or other professional college permitting practice of controlled act of psychotherapy
- Professional liability insurance or ability to acquire
- Minimum 2 years clinical mental health counselling experience
- Experience with assessment, treatment planning, and intervention
- Knowledge of CBT / ACT through workshops/coursework
- Knowledge and experience with other evidence based psychotherapeutic interventions
- Commitment to trauma informed and anti-oppressive practice
