Job Description:
Seachange Psychotherapy is a mental health collective located in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada.We aim to provide a diverse high quality range of psychotherapy services to adults, young adults,post secondary students, youth, children, and families in Hamilton and surrounding areas.

We provide therapeutic interventions for the following difficulties:

- mood and anxiety disorders
- difficult family dynamics and transitions
- caregiver stress
- support around sexual or gender identity
- self regulation in children, youth and adults
- life transition for young adults
- compassion fatigue for helping professionals

We are seeking a Clinical Social Worker with skill, experience and interest in working with Children, Youth and Families. Fit within our team is incredibly important to us, so we are looking for someone who is striving to provide exceptional care, grow as a social worker, focus on developing new skills and clinical modalities and be able to enjoy a work/life balance. We are seeking a Social Worker who has experience in the provision of care in evidence based modalities such as CBT, ACT, Narrative Therapy, EFFT, and DBT based skills.

- What we are seeking:

- Registration and good standing with OCSWSSW
- Healthcare Liability Insurance Coverage
- 2 years post MSW clinical experience with children, youth and families.
- Ability to carry a caseload between 5-10 clients.
- Training and experience in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy or other evidence based therapy models.
- Extensive experience working with concerns related to mood, anxiety, ADHD, family challenges.
- Relationship focussed, with excellent clinical skills.

**Salary**: $99/Hour

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $99.00 per hour

Expected hours: 3 - 10 per week
