The Trade and Industry Development (TID) Division focuses on driving sustainable economic development in alignment with Government priorities. The Trade and Invest BC Branch is accountable for the optimization of export growth and investment attraction in British Columbia. This includes the development and delivery of policy, programs and services that support revenue generation, increasing family sustaining jobs and facilitating investment in B.C. based businesses.

The Office Manager provides support to the Executive Director and staff, and coordinates office administrative functions, human resources, payroll, records management, facilities and asset management.

**Job Requirements**:

- Grade 12 graduation or equivalent.
- Minimum two (2) years’ experience in each of the following:

- Coordinating administrative processes and acting as a point of contact for other staff.
- Coordinating financial activities (budget, contract administration, accounts payable, purchasing).
- Providing administration of human resources, payroll, leave management and onboarding of new employees.
- Records Management.
- Coordinating equipment and office supplies.
- An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Preference may be given to applicants with one or more of the following:

- Experience with Freedom of Information (FOI) requests.
- Experience with government systems, including ARCS, ORCs, and EDRMS.
