We are currently seeking a Reproduction Supervisor for our division located in St-Hyacinthe. The role is to provide leadership to the Animal Health Teams, as well as to collect, analyze and make recommendations to maximize the success of the program. The role will also work in collaboration with other Boviteq departments.

**WHAT YOU WILL DO**:

- Develop key performance indicators and action plans to maximize results
- Evaluate production results, identify problems and implement corrective actions
- Ensure compliance with health and safety, biosecurity, agricultural and environmental regulatory standards and animal welfare
- Ensure compliance with laws and regulations governing all aspects of ATQ, CFIA and PAEF
- Evaluate employee performance and participate in the budgeting process

**WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL**:

- A university degree in animal science or animal health or other related fields
- Experience in agricultural management and in team leadership
- In-depth knowledge of breeding and bovine genetics
- Teamwork and excellent communication skills
- Organization, attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills in French and English, orally and written
- Computer skills (Microsoft and databases)
