Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Chef de partie to join our team. As a CDP, you will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen Stations & operations, preparing high qualty product, and ensuring high-quality food service. If you have a passion for food and extensive experience in the food industry, we would love to hear from you.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and cook meals according to established recipes and standards
- Supervise kitchen staff and provide guidance and training as needed
- Ensure that food is prepared and presented in an appealing manner
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as necessary
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations
- Collaborate with management to develop new menu items and specials
- Manage food costs and minimize waste
- Ensure that all dishes are prepared on time and meet quality standards

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience working in a professional kitchen or culinary environment
- Strong knowledge of food handling, preparation techniques, and kitchen equipment
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to supervise and motivate a team
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required

Preferred Skills:

- Culinary degree or certification is a plus
- Experience in the hospitality industry or restaurant management

We offer competitive pay based on experience.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: $22.00-$27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 50 per week
