About Us
Revelstoke Mountain Resort (RMR) is a division of Canada’s largest privately held hospitality company, Northland Properties Corporation (NPC), and since its inception in 2007, we have gained a reputation for big mountain riding, legendary powder and an authentic Canadian resort town.
Job Summary
Revelstoke Mountain Resort is committed to providing our guests with highest level of service and product presentation. Custodians are responsible for the cleanliness of all public areas throughout the resort.
Essential Job Functions
- Sweep, mop wash and polish floors.
- Clean public bathroom fixtures and appliances.
- Clean public areas such as changing rooms and parking lots.
- Pick up debris and empty trash containers.
- Wash windows, hallway walls and ceilings.
- Water flowers (lots of flowers.)
- Transport water containers to other outdoor staff.
- Occasionally assist with the Mountain Coaster and Lift Operations.
Required Qualifications and Abilities
- Hospitality experience preferred.
- Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds.
- In good health and capable of working in a physically demanding job.
- Attention to detail.
- First aid skills an asset.
- M.S.D.S. training
- Must be at least 16 years of age.
