**What YOU Will Do**
- Définir des stratégies de relations publiques pour soutenir le développement des affaires et positionner l’entreprise dans les marchés géographiques là où elle est présente. Mettre en œuvre le plan d’action. Il peut s’agir de pelletée de terre, de conférences, etc.; coordonner des entrevues avec les médias; rédiger des allocutions lors de prises de parole dans des événements d’industrie, etc.;
- Conseiller et accompagner les dirigeants de Pomerleau dans divers dossiers sensibles ayant des enjeux de communications tels des acquisitions, des dossiers légaux, des nouvelles initiatives importantes pour l’ensemble de l’organisation, etc.;
- Développer une stratégie de relations médias; développer les meilleures pratiques et sensibiliser des collègues; faire la gestion des demandes médias et proposer des angles d’intérêts;
- Assure le soutien des équipes chantier pour toutes questions reliées à des demandes médias ou des situations opérationnelles requérant une vigie réputationnelle;
- Rédiger des dossiers de presse, des argumentaires, des communiqués, des allocutions ainsi que des rapports;
- Mettre à jour, déployer et faire vivre le plan de gestion de crise ;
- Agir à titre de porte-parole pour les dossiers courants ou dans le cadre de gestion d’enjeux ou de crises;
- Former et accompagner les différents experts lorsqu’ils accordent des entrevues à des médias ou dans le cadre d’autres prises de parole publiques;
- Veiller à la cohérence des messages;
- Recommander des indicateurs de performance pour évaluer et suivre l’évolution des actions en matière de relations avec les médias et de relations publiques.

**What YOU Will Bring**
- Expérience de 10 années en communications, relations publiques, journalisme ou en affaires;
- Excellentes habiletés interpersonnelles;
- Connaissances des domaines de la construction, de l’ingénierie, des infrastructures - un atout;
- Connaissances financières - un atout;
- Expérience en gestion de crise et d’enjeux;
- Excellente maitrise du français et de l’anglais, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit;
- Capacité démontrée à interagir efficacement avec des membres de la haute direction;
- Capacité de remettre en question et de poser un autre regard sur un enjeu;
- Habileté à gérer simultanément plusieurs dossiers urgents et à s'adapter à un environnement évolutif;
- À la fois autonome et joueur d’équipe;
- Expérience en grande entreprise avec des opérations pan canadiennes ou internationales;
- Souci du détail.
