We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as an Inventory Resource Clerk

This position will administer resources to ensure sufficient quantities and readiness to meet our operation demands and to satisfy the organization’s quality, safety, and legislated requirements. This will include supporting office administration and maintaining the elements of personnel training, inventory management, purchasing, and health and safety, in an ISO 9001 environment.

Duties not limited to:
Training:

- Administer personnel training program to ensure all staff are adequately trained and that all records are up to date.
- Manage a database of personnel training records.
- Perform orientation training for new employees according to the existing established program.

Inventory:

- Maintain a sufficient supply of equipment and consumables as per office and operation needs.
- Issue purchase orders for supplying equipment and consumables as required.
- Ensure equipment is calibrated regularly and documentation is up to date.
- Coordinate the process to approve vendors and interact with new vendors.
- Maintain SDS and certificate of conformance documents, ensuring they are up to date.
- Drive to supplier sites to bring equipment for repair or maintenance, pick up inventory, etc.
- Receiving and shipment of equipment and consumables.
- Work with the Access database to ensure all calibration and equipment are accounted for.

Vehicles:

- Ensure staff are maintaining company vehicles as per specified maintenance schedule.
- Assist in arranging maintenance of company vehicles.
- Liaise with fleet management.
- Track maintenance history in the database.

Health and Safety:

- Manage and track Health and Safety training.
- Administer and maintain third-party compliance services.
- Coordinate paperwork for incident managing, including WSIB forms.
- Facilitate meetings for JHSC (Joint Health and Safety Committee).

**Salary**: $20.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
